ROMAN'S FIRST COMMUNION

All the First communicants

Roman and family
The sun came out just as we arrived at the church this morning to go to Roman's first Communion Mass. It was a grey and misty morning when we left at 9AM to walk to church but as soon as we got to the church the sun came out. The tiny church was packed to over flowing with the families of the 25 children making their first communion. The children were all decked out in their finest and were seated at the ends of the pews on the center aisle. Father William said a wonderful mass with a minimum of pomp and ceremony. His homily was addressed directly to the children and their parents. It was probably the best communion mass I have ever attended. The kids were relaxed and yet were the main focus of the mass.

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU ROMAN!
